biohazard 0 is a prequel to the events witnessed in Resident Evil. It follows S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team medic, Rebecca Chambers and escaped murder convict, Billy Coen as they discover the origins of the t-Virus and the cause for its fateful outbreak.

The first Biohazard game to spawn from the Capcom-Nintendo exclusivity deal was a full blown remake of the 1996 classic game. Sporting a brand new storyline as well as extended and new areas of the infamous mansion, biohazard is a beautifully realized retelling of the "mansion incident".
