Also known as The Agency, The Organization work in the shadows to procure biological agents from around the world. Employing spies and ex-Umbrella employees, The Organization have acquired many of its rival products and combat data over the years.

Tricell are also a major enterprise comprised of three divisions, one being a pharmaceuticals division that Excella Gionne has inherited. The company has colluded with Albert Wesker to further gain stature.

WilPharma is a smaller research and development pharamaceutical company which developed the first T-virus vaccine to be publicly distributed if it did not meet financial ruin in 2005. It was then acquired by Tricell.

The B.S.A.A. is a global task force set up to investigate and prevent bio-terrorism.

An estranged Spanish cult, they reached international light when they abducted President Graham's daughter. The Las Plagas parasite is used to control and strengthen their members.

The local law enforecment for Raccoon City. They played a pivotal role in fighting back against the zombie outbreak during the Raccoon City Incident and doomed the city with their fall.

TerraSave is a human rights organization which focuses on non-ethical usage of biological agents, specfically the T-virus. It's most prominent member is Claire Redfield.

The United States government are Umbrella's biggest client, enabling the company to continue to develop their products secretly. The government was responsible for the decimation of Raccoon City in October 1998.
