Founded in 1968 by Ozwell E. Spencer, Edward Ashford and James Marcus, the Umbrella Corporation were the worlds major supplier of pharmaceutical products and healthcare. Covertly Umbrella worked on Biological Organic Weapons utilizing many of its own virus's created away from the public gaze.
Also known as The Agency, The Organization work in the shadows to procure biological agents from around the world. Employing spies and ex-Umbrella employees, The Organization have acquired many of its rival products and combat data over the years.
Tricell are also a major enterprise comprised of three divisions, one being a pharmaceuticals division that Excella Gionne has inherited. The company has colluded with Albert Wesker to further gain stature.
WilPharma is a smaller research and development pharamaceutical company which developed the first T-virus vaccine to be publicly distributed if it did not meet financial ruin in 2005. It was then acquired by Tricell.
