Spoiler: Mouse over to view
So to put it simply, it turns out what we thought was a corporation namely Tentsu turns out to be simply a general name for two pill bottles with different variations. They read as UTENTUS and ENTUTUS

In other words, we still have no idea who actually is responsible for creating the E series B.O.W.

I was starting to doubt the significance of that name anyway. Oh well, back to square one.

Maybe it's Shéng-Yā? They seem to be the new TRICELL.

Interesting. It'd be really cool if Sheng-Ya was behind it, but I'm pretty sure Sheng-Ya gets wiped out in the last issue of Heavenly Island. I haven't read it myself yet though so I'm not sure.

Had my doubts, kinda glad, TENTSU is an odd name. Hopefully we'll find out who Mia's company is in Not A Hero.

With this being said, I'm guessing that we won't know who is behind this untill we get the Free Spring Release DLC. Curse you capcom. How dare you keep us in suspense!

But in all seriousness, I'm kinda glad as well it's not actually a corporation called Tentsu as I am hoping for something a bit bigger as to who it could be and not just some random new corporation. Like we had Umbrella for so many games, why not have a much newer but returning corporation that is even more powerful in the game series and doesn't see it's end at the end of game. Or is that not possible this time around?

That's why I'm thinking Shéng-Yā. They're the only new company introduced since TRICELL who've been used more than once.

There's nothing in Heavenly Island so far to indicate that Shéng-Yā is connected to BIO7. Honestly I don't see there being one at this rate unless they conjure something out of thin air.

I'm all in for a "new Umbrella" in terms of how the corporation is handled in the series and not just in name only. Perhaps a new villain who will span more than one game to go with that as well. The Sheng Ya corporation doesn't have that dreadful ring to its name that Umbrella and Tricell had or at least I don't quite feel it. Out of the Umbrella Corps corporations, Suntech and especially Tenenti would make for a good one.

One might say that goes for a good chunk of the series in general. But not me. Just someone might say that.

I only glimpsed at one of the untranslated newer issues, but doesn't one of the monsters resemble a Molded?

I think that is merely speculation. The monster does in fact resemble the Molded but I'm pretty sure the monster you're speaking of is created through the Kudoku Virus, whereas Molded are created through...well...Mold. However, it's possible that the theory about mutamycete being upgraded utilizing a virus may be true and it is in fact possible that the virus could be the Kudoku Virus.

Only for a brief moment as her skin goes black. She resembles nothing like one afterwards, looks more like a tentacle form of G3-Birkin.

Indeed, I just read the fan translation of those issues. I like her design mostly, but the upside down face doesn't really do it for me.
