So my main interest in REmake REmaster is that, if it does okay, Capcom might think of porting out the other lonely Nintendo exclusive, Resident Evil 0. I hold a great affection for that game and while I do enjoy the GameCube console, I won't deny it would be great to play it on my HDTV.

So, any RE0 fans here?

P.S.

This port could help make more RE0 fans which is another reason I want it to happen. The gaem is in dire need of love.

Yes. Even though it would be

Yes. Even though it would be just a remaster so there's no hope of them adding actual co-op gameplay. Still yes.

I would do, yes.

I would do, yes.

I would indeed, yes.

Out of curisoty, , weren't you on the Podcast episode about Zero? I thought you didn't care for it? I only listened to the thing once a while ago though so I'm sorry if I'm misremembering.

Definitely. REZero is in my

Definitely. REZero is in my top 4 RE games (Along with RE2, REmake, and 4), believe it is underrated and deserves more exposure.

hmm, im toying with the idea

hmm, im toying with the idea of not even purchasing the remake to be fair let alone a possible Zero release. for me, REmake will need to have a major overahul for me to doubt the graphical prowese of the NGC.

It is amongst my least favourites, particularly of the classic camera angle titles. But that said, when we did the retrospective (which was this time last year - christ) I found I actually appreciate it a lot more than I remembered despite its problems. The atmosphere I found actually overcame a lot of its short comings.

I may buy it for the sake of

I may buy it for the sake of completion, but in all honesty, it was my least favorite main resident evil game. I never beat it more than once.

I don't see why Zero isn't

I don't see why Zero isn't being HD'd alongside REmake. CVX came out with RE4, Umbrella and Darkside Chronicles were packaged together, why not Zero with REmake? It would make a great deal of sense since the two games use the same engine, most of the same assets, and were already partially upscaled for the Wii.

They were both even released under the same "Archives" moniker on the Wii, so why not Archives HD...?

Who knows. For some reason,

Who knows. For some reason, though, they're not doing it that way, even though it would make sense.

Probably not. It has its good

Probably not. It has its good sides such as the atmosphere and looks (which I find get rather dull after the train section) but everytime I play it, the removal of the item boxes and the constant need to switch between characters ends up as pure frustration rather than enjoyment. I've always thought that if they added the item boxes and just had Rebecca on her own it would be close to Remake for me.

For some reason, neither the

For some reason, neither the lack of item boxes or the character switching has annoyed me, probably because I generally play as Rebecca unless I need to play as Billy, and I leave items near where they will eventually be used. CVXFreak's guides on Gamefaqs helped a lot when I first played Zero.

Yes, I love the game,

Yes, I love the game, initially I like it more than REmake for trying something new.

Sure.

Sure.

Sure, that game would look

Sure, that game would look beautiful if the giv it the same treatment as REmaster.
