The 'Centurion' was a mutated centipede that was exposed to a secondary infection of the t-virus in the Umbrella Research Center. 1

Large Roaches are winged cockroaches that fed off infected rats and mice and were consequently infected with the T-virus. The virus caused the roaches to grow roughly 7-8 times their natural size and to attack prey in vast numbers. Their final size is estimated at 30~40cm. However the roaches still prefer to reside in damp and dark places and will not venture far. One added aspect of the T-virus apart from the size increase is increased fertility within the roach, allowing it to quickly propogate in their habitat, which is normally sewer systems. They generally attack by swarming prey, attacking soft parts of flesh. When faced with larger prey such as humans, they target the prey's arteries in order to kill them.

The Chimera was a hybrid B.O.W. (Bio Organic Weapon) created by the Umbrella Corporation by incorporating fly genes into a human ovum using the t-virus. It was a humanoid B.O.W. but strongly inherited fly characteristics. 1

The Web Spinner was a large venomous spider-based B.O.W. (Bio Organic Weapon) developed by the Umbrella Corporation in early experiments with the t-virus aiming to find a viable B.O.W. host. 1
