Reynard Fisher was a member of the West Africa branch of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance).

History

Fisher was formerly an agent of an African nation's Ministry of State Security was recruited by the West Africa branch of the BSAA for his skills as an infiltration and intelligence gathering agent. He was known to be able to blend in with the locals of many areas with relative ease, having been an infiltration agent in his previous organization.

Jill Valentine was a former United States Army soldier, former officer of S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) and a founding agent of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance).

She was a bomb disposal expert skilled with her fingers who also excelled in lock-picking and disarming traps, with general knowledge on chemical and drug related matters. She was a serious woman with very strong senses of justice and responsibility and would question without hesitation to the point of absurdity, holding on for the sake of the truth even if she were denied it.

Rebecca Chambers was an adviser to the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) and a former rookie officer of S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) assigned to Bravo Team under the position RS (Rear Security). She was in charge of medical needs and possessed extensive knowledge in chemistry.

Chris Redfield was a former airman in the USAF (United States Air Force) and officer of the Raccoon City police special operations unit S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service). He was a courageous man skilled in firearms handling, marksmanship and operating planes and helicopters.

Sheva Alomar was an SOA (Special Operations Agent) in the West Africa branch of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance).
